🛡 Privacy Policy

Zirracloud collects only necessary customer data to activate services. We never sell or disclose personal information. Information is encrypted and protected under global data security standards.

📃 Customer Master Agreement

By using Zirracloud hosting & domain services, customers agree to follow ethical and legal internet usage. Illegal content, spam, phishing, or malware hosting results in immediate suspension.

🌐 Domain Registration Agreement

Domain registration follows ICANN rules. WHOIS details must remain accurate. Non-verified domains may be suspended.

📑 Registrar / Registrant Responsibilities

The domain owner maintains control of DNS, privacy, and renewals. If domain renewal is not completed, Zirracloud is not responsible for domain loss.

💻 Hosting Use Policy

Servers may not be used for abusive traffic, malware distribution, crypto-mining, copyrighted downloads, mass email sending, or adult content. Resource over-use may require upgrade or suspension.

🔐 SSL Certificate Policy

SSL requires verification via DNS/mail. Renewal & installation is customer responsibility unless add-on purchased.

💳 Payments, Refunds & Billing

Payments are processed securely. Domain purchases are non-refundable. Hosting refunds apply only when customer qualifies within the official refund window.

⚠️ Suspension / Termination

Zirracloud may suspend or terminate accounts violating terms, harming network, or engaging in fraud.

🔒 Data Protection & Backups

If backup add-on is not included, Zirracloud is not liable for accidental data loss, deletion, or hacking.

🤝 Dispute Resolution

Customers must contact support first before legal escalation. We aim to resolve issues within standard support timelines.
